We are due diligence heavy in the early stages of the process, with the goal of redefining the overall renovation experience. STEP 1

DISCOVERY

Get started with the Marvel Renovation team by engaging in a conversation about your project scope, timeline and overarching objectives.
STEP 2

Consult & Design

Collaborate 1-on-1 with Marvel's Principal Designer for a personalized interior design plan that includes making finishing selections for your home. Marvel will measure your existing floorplan and then draft architectural drawings with 3D modeling to help you visualize the new space before construction. This ensures a tailored and efficient outcome.
STEP 3

Onsite Measure

Marvel's Construction Manager will coordinate a trade day at your home so our team of skilled craftsmen can review the existing space, refine the scope of work and provide an accurate quote for all related construction costs. Our strategic planning process is key to eliminate surprises and unforeseen issues that can arise from a lack of due diligence.
STEP 4

Project Scope

Marvel will draft the detailed scope of work in straightforward language with easy to understand line items. Marvel's Construction Manager will meet with you in person to guide you through the scope and fixed price quote for your project. Our approach ensures transparent, well organized costs for a clear understanding of the overall price for your renovation.
STEP 5

Schedule & updates

Once your project is signed off,  Marvel's Construction Manager will create your project schedule and provide you with full visibility of the complete duration of your renovation. Our project management software system (Buildertrend) provides you with your own personal portal to track along with all of the details on your job, including daily progress updates.

PROJECT COMPLETION

Great communication, a quality product and exceeding expectations are the core values at Marvel. You can sit back and relax. Our team has the experience and expertise to make sure your project runs smoothly. The due diligence is completed upfront so your project can be finished efficiently and effectively.

Get started with a Marvel advisor to engage in a conversation about the project's scope, timeline, and overarching objectives.

CONSULT & DESIGN

Work closely with a Marvel designer in a personalized 1-on-1 collaboration to develop the design concept for your kitchen. Benefit from Marvel's immersive design expertise, enabling you to visualize your space before the actual construction begins.

3.

INVESTMENT REVIEW

Once your custom design is ready, your designer will guide you through a detailed budget estimate. Marvel's budgeting approach ensures that your estimate is transparent and well-organized.

4.

ONSITE MEASURE

Upon your approval of the estimate, your Marvel project manager will arrange an on-site visit to collect precise measurements and essential details needed for an accurate millwork plan.

5.

DESIGN REFINEMENT

During the last phase before construction begins, your Marvel project manager will utilize the gathered information to fine-tune your millwork package. This meticulous process ensures that every detail undergoes thorough review by the relevant parties before obtaining the final approval.

6.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your confirmed design is now in motion. Your Marvel project manager will send your plans to the local millwork shop for production and synchronize with your builder's timeline, ensuring that it arrives precisely when the site is ready for implementation.
